The SPCA St. John's will be reopening its SNAP Application on Wednesday, April 17 at 3:00pm. We will be accepting 100 new applications for surgery dates being booked between May - July 2024. For those who are interested in participating in the Spay and Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP), please visit spcastjohns.org for details on the program, instructions on how to complete the online application form and the program requirements. The application will only be available on this date and time and will close again once it has filled.
